Amazing service! I called Mattel to inquire about purchasing an extra battery for my daughter's Jeep Hurricane and was told I would have to contact a local retailor to purchase it. I thought, "oh great I have to travel to buy the battery." Well, I checked the retailor (TSB) out online and found out they offer free shipping for orders over $50...so I ordered it up.
To my surprise I got an e-mail every step of the order process. I ordered the battery early afternoon and it was shipped by 5:30pm that same day - WOW!!!!
Seriously - great service. I am now tracking it online....I could not be happier and will tell everyone I know about your store and site. THANK YOU!
