Here's an endorsement that I am glad to add to your site. In a clumsy moment, I dropped a spacer needed to finish the connections in my ETX 9 AGM battery. An online search led me to Tri State, and to more help and courtesy than I ever imagined. Gary read my mind when he sent the needed connection hardware, plus a couple of spares for the awkward location. I'm very grateful, and recommend them for their great service. Dan S.
